Welcome to CraftPro! The terms "we", "us", and "our" refer to CraftPro (Pty) Ltd. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website and services ("Service"). By visiting, browsing, or placing an order with CraftPro, you agree to comply with these Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, Refund & Cancellation Policy, Cookie Policy and Shipping Policy.

Eligibility

To use our services, you must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian. By using our website or placing an order, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

Account Responsibility

You are solely responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity carried out through your account.

Orders and Payments

All orders are subject to product availability and successful payment. We accept major debit and credit cards as well as EFT payments through secure South African payment gateways such as Peach Payments. Orders will only be processed once payment has been received and confirmed.

Product Information and Pricing

We do our best to ensure that product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate. However, variations in colour, appearance, or packaging may occur. Unless stated otherwise, all prices include VAT. We reserve the right to adjust pricing and product availability without prior notice. Additional charges (such as customs duties) may apply for international orders.

Order Confirmation, Shipping, and Risk

Once your order is placed, a confirmation will be sent via email. Orders are typically processed within 3–7 business days. Risk transfers to the buyer once the parcel has been dispatched. Estimated delivery times (usually 3–7 business days within South Africa) are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers, customs, or unforeseen events. Please note that some items might have a longer lead time, please allow additional time of 7-14 business days for these items. Items that have an extended lead time will be clearly marked as such in the item description as well as on the checkout page.

Cancellations and Returns

Under the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act (ECTA), you are entitled to cancel your order within 7 days of receiving your goods. Returned products must be unused, in their original packaging, and returned at your own expense. Items that have been used, opened, or custom-made are not eligible for return. If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days so we can arrange a replacement.

Intellectual Property

All content on this site—including images, text, branding, and multimedia—is owned by or licensed to CraftPro (Pty) Ltd. Reproducing or using any content for commercial purposes without our written consent is prohibited.

User Feedback and Content

By submitting reviews, comments, or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual licence to use, share, and publish that content. You confirm that the content belongs to you and does not infringe on any third-party rights.

Acceptable Use of Services

You agree not to engage in any misuse of our website or services, including:

Using bots, scrapers, or automated systems
Uploading malware or harmful code
Posting false, illegal, or offensive material
Infringing on any intellectual property rights
Attempting to gain unauthorised access to our systems

By using our services, you agree to our Privacy Policy, which is POPIA-compliant and explains how we collect and protect your personal information. When placing an order, you consent to the use of your personal data for processing and delivery.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, CraftPro will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including loss of income, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the product or service in question.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CraftPro, its staff, and service providers from any claims, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.

Force Majeure

CraftPro is not responsible for any delay or failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, civil unrest, internet or power outages, strikes, or government restrictions.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page and become effective immediately upon publication. Continued use of our services indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of South African courts relevant to CraftPro’s primary place of business.
