Order Processing

All orders are processed within 3–7 business days after payment has been confirmed. Orders are not dispatched on weekends or public holidays. 

Please note: Certain items may be subject to extended delivery timeframes of up to 7–14 working days due to supplier lead times, high demand, or logistical factors. Where applicable, this will be clearly indicated on the relevant product page in the product description.

Shipping Options & Coverage

CraftPro offers standard courier delivery within South Africa. We do not ship Internationally and you will need to make your own arrangements to collect from us.

Shipping Fees

  • Free shipping on orders of R700 or more (including VAT)

  • Flat rate of R100 for orders under R700

Shipping charges are automatically calculated at checkout.

Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery within South Africa: 3–7 business days from the date of dispatch.
If delivery is delayed by more than 30 days, you may cancel the order and request a full refund.

Risk and Ownership

Responsibility for the order transfers to you once the parcel has been dispatched. Ownership of the goods transfers only once full payment has been received.

Tracking Your Order

You’ll receive a tracking link via email once your parcel has been shipped.
If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us promptly for assistance.

Failed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt fails twice, the parcel may be returned to us.
Additional charges may apply for re-shipping or storage.
